54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.

Comments:
5 children present with the provider during this monitoring inspection. Some of the children are happing and some are awake playing and having snack. The children had cereal for a snack and are playing with plastic fruits and vegetables and interacting with the provider. Lots of interaction observed. The provider has lots of supplies for the children to play with. This visit was started at 1:00 and ended at 1:45 . Please call me at 703-203-8659 if you have any questions regarding this visit.

Description: The provider failed to get a physical for one child in care. Evidence: Based on the review of 3 children's records, one child, child B , is missing a physical examination.

Plan of Correction: I will ask the parent for the information.
