A complaint investigation concerning the requirements for standard 40.A. was conducted during the unannounced monitoring inspection on October 4, 2016 from 11:40 AM to 3:42 PM. Today, there were eleven nonresidential children in care. After a review of the attendance records, children's schedules and interviews with caregivers, it was determined that the complaint was not valid. We reviewed the responsibility of the provider to ensure that there are never more than twelve (12) nonresidential children in care at any one time per the Code of Virginia and the licensed capacity. Let me know if you have any questions. 540/430-9259
