An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All groups are in ratio during the inspection.
Children were resting quietly ins all rooms inspected. The playground was inspected; however, it was not in use during the inspection.
2 staff records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited.
1 medication was present today, and was reviewed.

Staff B: DOH: 9/16/2022. No Search result on file.Plan of Correction: The Searches were submitted. I will follow up with Richmond to see where the results are.
