Today an unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 12pm. There were 6 children (18 points) present with two caregivers at the beginning of the inspection. Around 12:40pm the Provider arrived with two children picked up from school, totaling 8 children (20 points). Children were observed eating lunch, playing with various toys and games, watching tv, and preparing for nap. Six children's records and 5 adult/caregiver records were reviewed. Annual training hours for all caregivers will be reviewed at the next unannounced inspection. This inspection, including the exit interview, ended at 1:10pm. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: Based on a review of children's records, one child's record (#1) is missing complete required documentation. Evidence: Child #1 is missing documentation of a second emergency contact, other than parent or guardian, with a complete address. Plan of Correction: I will ask the parents again to provide me with this information.
