An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on November 22, 2016 between 9:15am and 10:30am. There were 7 children (16 points) in the direct care of a provider and an assistant. Children were observed having circle time, napping, building puzzles, and dancing. The staff records, a sampling of children's records, the emergency plan, evacuation drills, physical space, and supervision were observed and inspected. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-340-C Description: Based on observation, the bathroom in the daycare sapce did not contain paper towels. Evidence: The provider, when asked about missing paper towels, had her assistant get a roll from upstairs. Plan of Correction: This was corrected during the inspection.
