An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 10:30 am - 12:15 pm. Two children enrolled were four points. Care ended early today due to a training opportunity for the provider. Records were well-organized. If you have any questions, please contact me at email@example.com
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-730-D Description: During today's inspection, some household medications were observed not to be kept in a locked place as required. Evidence: A bottle of over the counter medication was observed to be on a kitchen counter; and some samples of medication were in the first aid kit. Plan of Correction: Corrected during inspection.
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-60-B Description: During a review of children's files today, some information was observed to be missing. Evidence: Child # 1 did not have a Medication Policy signed by the parent; and Child # 2 had incomplete health insurance information. Plan of Correction: I will get the information and have the paper signed.
