- Technical Assistance:
Discussed consolidating and organizing records to prevent oversight of expiration dates.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today beginning at 8:40am. There were 9 children (24pts) with 2 caregivers directly supervising. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, evacuation drills, first aid kit, 4 children's records, provider records, assistant records and household member records were reviewed. No medications were on site. Children were observed eating morning snack (cheerios, bananas and milk), engaging in free play, interacting with the caregivers and napping (the infants). 4 cribs were present dated September 2011. The site was clean, well organized and contained an abundance of developmentally appropriate supplies and activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. If you have any questions rearding this inspection, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
