The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 12:42pm to 1:45pm. The children were resting on cots upon the inspector?s arrival. Today, there were three children, totaling 6 points, present with one caregiver. Snack is to consist of cucumbers, dip and milk. The menu was posted. Three children?s records, one caregivers? record and one household record were reviewed during the inspection. Medication is not being administered. The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 1/2/2017 Shelter-in-place drill: 1/4/2016 & 5/1/2016 Emergency Plan Reviewed: 10/04/2016 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections.
