An unannounced, mandated renewal inspection was conducted today. The inspector arrived at 2:10 PM and departed at 3:30 PM. Five children, totaling 18 points were in care with two caregivers. It was reported that no medication is administered to children in care. No children's injuries were reported. A sample size of four children's records were reviewed. Caregiver records are up to date. An exit meeting was conducted with the provider during which the plan of correction for the violation cited was obtained. Please contact the inspector if there are any questions.
