An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 10:15am - 11:15am. There were 7 children in care with the provider ages 5 months, 22 months, 2 years, 3 years, 3 years, 4 years, and 5 years for a total of 16 points. The children were observed participating in structured center play and crafts. Lunch served today is hamburger on bun, sweet potato fries, cucumbers and milk. Seven children's records were observed and in compliance. The provider record was reviewed. The provider is current in MAT (Medication Administration Training), CPR and First Aid. Standard #: 22VAC40-191-40-D-1-c Description: Based on record review of the provider record it was determined that not all background checks were repeated every three years. Evidence: The most recent Central Registry Check on file for the provider is dated 12/19/2013. Plan of Correction: The provider has already mailed out the central registry check and is awaiting results.
