Technical Assistance:
Discussed the process of a shelter-in-place drill and the requirements for them to be done twice per year.

Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today beginning at 10:25am. 5 children (14pts) were present with 2 caregivers directly supervising. The physical space, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan, menu, 2 child records, assistant records, provider/household member records and attendance records were reviewed. The provider contract was also reviewed and required standards were addressed. The children were observed watching a video of songs, dancing and coloring. The diaper changing procedure was also observed. No medications were on site. Caregivers were observed in positive interactions with the children.
