The following inspection took place between the hours of 11am and 12:20pm. Today, I met with the Provider on site at her Family Day Home located in Ashburn, Virginia. At the start of this unannounced monitoring inspection there were a total of 8 children (21 points) with 2 caregivers. A total of 8 children?s files and 2 staff/ 1 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: At the beginning of inspection, children were observed coloring, a nice transition observed from coloring to free play and then to singing songs and dancing. No medications are given at this time. Walk thru of physical plant conducted. No violations observed during this inspection.
