An unannounced renewal study was conducted today from 10:05am to 11:25am. 5 children (16 points) and two caregivers were present. Ratios were in compliance. The physical space, Emergency Preparedness Plan, evacuation drills, menu, first aid kit, 3 children's records, provider records and household member records were reviewed. All required documentation was complete and all required documentation was posted. There were no medications on site today. The space was very clean, well organized and contained an abundance of developmentally appropriate materials. The children were observed in free play, singing and interacting with the caregivers. Interactions between caregivers and children were positive. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
