Comments:
An unannounced non-mandated annual subsidy inspection was conducted today, 3/17/17. A violation notice was completed regarding the violations found during today's inspection. We discussed that with the vendor agreement came the "Subsidy Inspection Requirements for Family Day Homes" appendix A. This is for you and the assistants to review and become familiar with. There are 11 children in care totaling 29 points with two caregivers. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Inspection began: 9:50am ended
