Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on Thursday, March 16, 2017. The children were observed eating lunch. Lunch consisted of chicken, rice, cabbage,oranges and milk. Today, there were six children, totaling 14 points, present with one caregiver. Two children?s records, one caregivers? record and three household records were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill:03/06/2017 Shelter-in-place drills: 02/28/2017 Emergency Plan Reviewed: 9/16/2016 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no violations found during today?s inspection. A monitoring inspection was attempted on Friday, March 10, 2017, but the center was closed.
