Comments:
An unannounced Health and Safety inspection was conducted today from approximately 10:00am-12:30pm. There were 5 children directly supervised by provider. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-A
Description: Based on review of emergency preparedness documentation, all required information was not maintained. Evidence: During inspection an up to date evacuation plan was not completed.

Plan of Correction: I will complete everything.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-B-3
Description: Based on review, all required information for evacuation procedures were not maintained. Evidence: During inspection provider did not have a documented reunification plan for evacuation emergencies.
