- Technical Assistance:
During inspection inspector discussed: the process for hiring an assistant. Also provider was informed about the policy for medication administration.
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 9:30am-10:40am. There were 4 children - 1 resident child (19 points) directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
