Comments:
An unannounced focused inspection was conducted from 4:10 PM to 4:56 PM for the purpose of determining corrective action completed for violations from the January inspections. Today, there were eight children, ages infancy through eleven years, with two caregivers. I viewed the updated, annual review information and training for the emergency response plan, emergency drill records, attendance record, two children's records, staffing, supervision, indoor and outdoor areas. There were no violations at this time. Let me know if you need any assistance. 540/430-9259
