Comments:
An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today from 12:40pm-1:20pm. There were no children in care today. The home, 1 staff records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-A
Description: Based on review and provider interview, the provider failed to ensure that there was documentation of a lockdown policy and procedure. Evidence: Identified through the provider that there was no documentation of a lockdown policy and procedure.

Plan of Correction: I will fix it today.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-B-5-F
Description: Based on review and provider interview, the provider failed to document procedures for parent/child reunification. Evidence: Identified through the provider that there was no documentation of reunification of parents and children after an emergency event.
