Comments:
An unannounced inspection took place this morning. There were 9 children present with a substitute provider and three assistants for 36 points. If you have any questions, please contact me at brenda.kuhlman@dss.virginia.gov.

Violations:
Standard #: VENDHOM-000-005-B
Description: During today's inspection, documentation of the attendance did not include the arrival of two children in care. Evidence: Two children were not listed on the attendance document. Staff reported that they had been present over an hour.

Plan of Correction: It was added.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-012-E
Description: During today's inspection, the caregivers present did not have documentation of vendor preservice training. Evidence: The Substitute provider and three caregivers present today did not have documentation of this training.

Plan of Correction: They will ask the provider when she returns.
