An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted today. There are 2 children (6 points) with 2 adults present. 2 adult and 2 children's files were reviewed. All were complete. Children were observed playing with a variety of toys during the inspection. 3 cribs have acceptable manufacture dates of 3/31/2012. Emergency escape drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu and fridge temperature are all in compliance. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-012-E-3 Description: Based upon a review of files, there is no documentation of the required preservice training for 2 adults. Evidence: Adult A and B have not completed the on-line training course. Plan of Correction: I will take the class as soon as I can find the link to the course.
