Technical assistance today included operational responsibilities for the Family Day Home Subsidy inspection.
An unannounced inspection was conducted today from 1:30 - 2:15pm. There were six children present with the provider and assistant for 20 points. The inspection took placed during naptime. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-B-5 Description: During a review of records today, the written emergency preparedness plan did not have plans as required for all applicable scenarios.; and no information about reunification plans after an emergency situation. Evidence: The emergency preparedness plan did not have information about lockdown procedures or family reunification plans. Plan of Correction: We will write them today.
