54.1-3408 Provider must be MAT certified to administer prescription medication.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated today at 11:20am. The physical plant, 3 caregiver/household member files, 4 children's files, caregiver training, child nutrition, children's activities, emergency procedures, drills and supplies were inspected today. There were 10 children, totaling 25 points, under the supervision of 3 caregivers. During the inspection, children were observed practicing writing letters, watching video and preparing for lunch. The interactions between the children and caregivers were seen to be positive and constructive in nature. Today, the children were served lentils, mixed vegetables, oranges, pita bread and milk. There are currently 2 caregivers certified in MAT (medication administration training), CPR and First Aid. Should you have any questions, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
