Discussed with provider training requirements for anticipated staff.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 4:00pm-5:10pm. There were 3 children(3 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, . There were no medications on site today. Children were observed being picked up at the bus stop and eating a snack consisting of fruit, homemade chicken soup and fresh vegetables. The provider was also observed comforting a child who was upset. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Children 1, 2 and 3 records last annual review was conducted on 1/11/2016. Plan of Correction: The provider will have families document that they have reviewed the record for accuracy.
