Technical Assistance:
The back fence in the back barricades the road and runs along the entire back area and Provider is waiting for approval from association. Discussed paperwork required for an assistant/substitute

Comments:
An announced inspection has been conducted during the afternoon. There were 4 children present with the Provider for a total of 9 points. A household member also arrived and may act as an assistant but will need references and documentation of Orientation training. The Inspector reviewed records, attendance, menu, Emergency Preparedness Plan, and the first aid kit. Please call with questions 703-467-4679
