Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 9:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m. with the provider. Ten daycare children, ages 13 months, 20 months, 2 years, 2 years, 2 years, 2 years, 2 years, 4 years, 4 years, 4 years and two resident children, ages 22 months and 4 years old, were in the care of two caregivers for a total of 28 points. Children were observed eating morning snack, listening to a fire safety presentation by Stafford County firefighters, touring a fire engine, and dancing. Morning snack served today was goldfish crackers and juice. Required information was posted. The last emergency escape drill was 5/12/17. The complete first aid kit, weatherband radio, and flashlight were all present and accessible. Two household members', two caregivers', and four children's records were all reviewed and complete.
