Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 19th 2017 between 1:00pm and 2:15pm. There were 8 children in the direct care of 2 providers. The children were observed napping. The day care space is clean, organized, and offers plenty of space and materials for the children to use. Staff records, children's records, household records, the evacuation drills, physical space, attendance records, menu, and supervision were observed and inspected. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-780-B
Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain signed acknowledgement of parental review of the emergency contacts.

Plan of Correction: We will tell the parents to sign.

Standard #: 22VAC40-111-320-B
Description: Based on observation, an outlet was not covered with a child-resistant protective covering.

Plan of Correction: Was corrected during the inspection.
