An exit meeting was completed by the licensing inspector with the provider to review the findings of this inspection.
The licensing inspector conducted an announced monitoring/modification on Friday, June 16, 2017 from approximately 8:50 am to 11:30 am to determine the provider's compliance with the licensing standards. The licensing inspector reviewed the necessary documents, and inspected the overall physical plant due to the provider's relocation. There are currently no children in care at the family day home. The inspector observed the required postings to include the license and prior inspection summary. The first aid kit and emergency supplies, posted emergency contacts, fire and shelter-in-place drills, emergency preparedness plan were inspected. The emergency preparedness plan was last updated on 06/01/17. During this inspection, the provider's, and the household member's records were reviewed for compliance of standards.
