During inspection, provider was informed that only 1 childcare facility may be operating per provider, per home. In addition, during inspection children were observed in bouncy chairs and car seats. While the time limit did not rise to the level to support a violation, the provider was informed that infants may not sleep in bouncy chairs or car seats. Cribs were available during inspection.
A complaint investigation was conducted on 6/23/2017 regarding the cleanliness of the home, multiple childcare facilities operating in one home and communication of communicable disease present in home. Interviews were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation regarding the cleanliness of the home and the operation of multiple childcare childcare facilities; however, the complaint was deemed valid with regard to communication of communicable diseases present in home. The complaint related violations are identified in the Violation Notice.
