Today's visit was a subsidy health and safety inspection. The inspection began at 10:20am and concluded at 1:30pm. There were five children in care with one caregiver and a total of twelve points. During the inspection activities in the p;ay room were observed, lunch time was observed, nap time was observed, emergency supplies were viewed, the emergency plan was viewed, the vendor's record was reviewed, three out of eight children's records were reviewed, and some additional polices and procedures were reviewed. The provider stated no children are enrolled with any allergies of intolerances at the present time and no children are taking any medication at the present time. The provider stated she does not provide transportation. Discussion took place regarding background checks for a new adult household member and TB requirements. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-005-B Description: Based on the inspector's review of the the vendor's attendance sheet for the previous three days, the vendor failed to ensure departure of children was documented in any manner. Evidence: The attendance sheet had only the arrival of children documented for the previous three days. Plan of Correction: Arrival and departure of children will be documented each day.
