An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:30am-12:30Pm. There were 4 children (12 points) directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating snack. Snack served today was cottage cheese and fruit. There was a supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Standard #: 22VAC40-111-180-A Description: Based on record review, the provider did not obtain a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening for each caregiver. Evidence: The provider's TB screening expired on 6/29/17. Caregiver A's TB screening expired on 6/19/17. Plan of Correction: I attempted to get a TB test done yesterday but DR would not do the test because I was sick. I will attempt to get it done when I am better. Caregiver A is getting her TB test done today.
