An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) study was conducted today. There are 9 children present including one of the provider's own (16 points) with 3 adults. 4 adult and 8 children's files were reviewed. See violation notice for missing information. Children were observed washing hands, eating lunch, playing with toys and resting quietly. If you have any questions regarding this inspection please contact me at 703-479-4678. Description: Based upon a review of files, one assistant does not have documentation of completion for the pre-service training requirement. (Adult A)

Plan of Correction: The training will be completed by tomorrow.

Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-A
Description: Based upon a review of the emergency preparedness plan, the plan is incomplete. Evidence: The written plan does not include a lock down drill or a reunification with parents components.
