Comments:
Today's visit was a subsidy health and safety inspection. The inspection began at 9:50am and concluded at 2:30pm. There were ten children in care including two of the vendor's children and a total of twenty-one points. There were a total of three caregivers present today. During the inspection the outdoor play area was viewed, lunch time was observed, the entire home was viewed, nap time was viewed, three out of twelve children's records were reviewed, emergency supplies were viewed, both records for assistant's records were reviewed, the vendor's record was reviewed, and an adult household member's record was reviewed. The licensee stated their were no children enrolled with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or intolerances. New background check requirements were reviewed with the provider. Your renewal application has not been received in our office and once an application has been received and deemed complete a recommendation regarding your license can be made. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-A
Description: Based on the inspector's review of the family day home's emergency preparedness plan, the vendor failed to ensure the emergency plan had lockdown procedures with reunification procedures. Evidence: The inspector reviewed the emergency plan and the plan did not include a procedure lockddown and a procedure to reunite children with their parents or designated emergency contact.

Plan of Correction: The vendor will revise her emergency plan to include a lockdown procedure and reunification plan for the children.
