An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:00am-11:30am. There were 8 children (20 points) directly supervised by the provider and one assistant. There were no medications on site today, however the provider is MAT certified. Children were observed playing freely, singing songs, and dancing. Lunch today will be chicken, rice, mixed vegetables, milk, and fruit. Diapering and hand washing procedures were also observed. The home, caregiver records, children records, household member record, and drills were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. If you have any questions regarding this inspection, please contact Megan Smith at email@example.com
