An unannounced Annual Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted in conjunction with the Licensing Monitoring Inspection. The inspections began at 11:00 and ended at 12:30. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-029-B Description: Based on interview with the provider and husband, it was determined that the Emergency Preparedness Plan has not been updated to included those requirements from the Vendor Agreement. Evidence: The Emergency Prepatedness Plan does not include LockDown Procedures and procedures for reunification of children with their families after Emergency Escape, Shelter in Place and Lock Down. Plan of Correction: We will review all of the requirements and will have in place.
