An annual subsidy inspection was conducted today. The subsidy requirements were reviewed this date; allergy action plans, staff trainings, nutrition and food services, recordkeeping, hazardous substances, reporting injuries, emergency plans and transportation. Standard #: VENDHOM-000-012-B Description: Based on record review and interview with caregiver, the caregivers have not completed Virginia Pre-Service Training. Evidence: 1. The caregiver stated she has not completed the Pre-service Training and did not have documentation of the training. 2. The caregiver stated her Assistants have not completed the Pre-service Training and did not have documentation. Plan of Correction: The caregiver will take the training next week and will have her assistants complete next week.
