An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted this date. Met with provider on site. There were a total of 2 children in care (total of 4pts) with Provider. Observation of diapering was made, physical plant that is used for programming and areas used for napping. A review of fire evacuation drills, shelter in place, CPR and First Aid certifications were reviewed. Two children in care, records were reviewed and found complete. One child record who is no longer enrolled was reviewed as well. Provider record reviewed and determined complete. Provider annual training was reviewed and compliance was determined. The children were observed eating lunch and transitioning to naptime. The home was found organized and equipped with ample toys age appropriate for the children currently in care. No medications administered at this time. Thank you for your cooperation today. This inspection began at 10:15am and ended at 12:30pm. Please email me at: firstname.lastname@example.org
