- Technical Assistance:
Discussed safe sleep and safe bedding to include a tight fitting crib sheet. Written information regarding safe sleep left. New background check requirements were reviewed to include the revised sworn statement or affirmation and CPS check.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 09/08/2017 from 10:10am until 12:15pm. At the time of entrance there were three children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children counted for a total of 12 points. Two infants were observed playing with toys and being held by the provider. One infant was observed napping. One diaper change was reviewed. Lunch was observed which consisted of cheese and pepperoni pizza, fresh oranges, a fresh mixed vegetable salad and milk. Records were reviewed for two caregivers, two household members and four children. *No medication is being administered at this time. No violations were observed.
