Technical Assistance:
Discussed with provider toys from home, and diaper ointment.

Comments:
Today an unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with Provider. This visit took place in the morning between 10:30am and 12pm. There were 6 children present with the Provider and 2 assistant(s) for a total of 20 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing, singing, learning new words, participating in group play. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Description: Based on record review, parents have not acknowledged receipt of all documentation needed on the first day of attendance. Evidence: Missing policies include, termination policy, check in/out policy and schedule of the day.

Plan of Correction: Provider will update the children's files today.
