A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/26/17 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Today's inspection started at 9:00 a. m. and concluded at 11:45 a. m. There were eight children receiving care with points equaling 18 and two caregivers. The children were observed having free play with a variety of toys and equipment. Five children records reviewed. Two caregiver files checked. One observation conducted. No medications. Conversations held with caregivers and several children. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date at the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
