Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/04/17 1to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45am-11:15am. Upon arrival there were 4 children in care, totaling 10 points with one caregiver. All four children's records were reviewed and all household/caregiver records were also reviewed. The licensee does not provide medication. Children were observed painting. One child was observed sleeping. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Description: Based on a record review the vendor failed to ensure the written emergency preparedness plan contained all required components. Evidence: The written emergency plans did not include a plan for intruders or reunifications plans for evacuations, shelter-in-place or intruders.

Plan of Correction: The vendor will add these procedures to the written emergency plans.
