Nine children were in care during the inspection total of 23 points, the age range of the children was three months to four years old. Children were observed during free play. No children were on medications. Three house hold members records and four children's records were reviewed. Inspection time 9:15am to 10:45am
Standard #: 22VAC40-111-570-A Description: Based on observation and interviews with staff it was determined that provider is over 16 points in the morning. Evidence: When the assistant drops children off at school it leaves the provider alone for approximately 15 minutes with 23 points. LI observed the assistant returning to the home today after dropping the school age children off at school. Plan of Correction: We will no longer drive children to and from school.
