Technical Assistance:
Discussed changes in Background checks inlcuding the term of time between checks.

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted from 10:00-11:45. There were 6 children present but one lives in the home with the Provider. There are a total of 16 points. The Provider is current in CPR, First Aid, MAT, and has taken over 20 hours in annual training. The children were observed in art activity and group play. Please call with questions 703-479-4679

Description: Based on observation, it was determined cleaning agents were not stored in areas inaccessible to children. Evidence: 1. Inspector checked kitchen cabinets and found cleaning agent under the sink. The cabinet's lock was broken.

Plan of Correction: Make my husband fix it.
