An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. The provider and two assistant caregivers were caring for 11 children, totaling 37 points. Children's records, adult caregiver records, administrative documents, emergency preparedness items, the physical plant, and children's nutrition were inspected today. It was reported to the Inspector that no children's medications were on site today. The children were observed assembling puzzles, creating Fall art projects, singing group songs, playing with toys, and eating lunch. Some of the children ate lunch from home. Other children were served rice and beans, broccoli, and milk for lunch today. This inspection was completed between approximately 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Thank you for meeting with me today.
