The provider reported that no children's medications were on site today. This inspection took place in the middle of the day. The children were observed taking their afternoon nap. The children had been served salmon, rice, green beans, and milk for lunch earlier in the day. This inspection was completed between approximately 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm. Child record #3 does not include: the address for one emergency contact person; a signed "Information for Parents" document; the provider's signature indicating that she has viewed the child's proof of identification; a signed "Provisions of the Emergency Plan" document. 3. Child record #4 does not include: a signed "Information for Parents" document; a signed "Medication Policy" document; the provider's signature indicating that she has viewed the child's proof of identification. Plan of Correction: I will follow up with each parent for the missing information.
