During the inspection, licensing representative discussed with provider attendance and record keeping for children who terminate services.
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 11/29/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection took place from 12:20pm-2:30pm. 2 children [4 points] were observed in the care of 1 caregiver. Children were observed engaged in a variety of activities including outdoor play, arts and crafts, transitions to naptime and reading in Spanish. Emergency plans, 3 caregiver/household member records and 3 children's records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
