Discussed the email regarding finger print registry

Comments:
An unannounced inspection was conducted at 1015 AM. 6 children were present with the Provider for a total of 14 points. Children were observed playing or creating art projects. The Provider stated no one is currently needing medication and the 4 children's files reviewed were all current and complete. The household and assistant's paper work were also reviewed and complete. The Inspector discussed items in file for a family member's child. Please call with questions 703-479-4679
