- Technical Assistance:
During inspection provider requested to extend hours of operation to 7 am - 6pm.
An unannounced monitoring Licensing inspection and Subsidy Health and Safety inspection were conducted today from approximately 11:30am-1:00pm. There were 4 children present (8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Per Provider, there were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating lunch of Mozzarella cheese, Quinoa, veggies, grapes and milk . Children were also observed reviewing colors and food groups with provider. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children.
