A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 12/28/2017 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. An unannounced monitoring inspection was also conducted today from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. There were 3 children present ( 7 points). directly supervised by 1 staff at the time of arrival. The home , provider records, children's records and emergency plans and supplies were reviewed. There were no children with medications on site today. The children were playing dramatic play dressed up in hats and made a bus. The children were also singing songs and reading books. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all the subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during the supplemental inspection. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
