Comments:
An unannounced Renewal inspection was conducted this date. A total of 4 children (11pts) with Provider and 1 assistant present during the inspection. Walk thru of all three levels of the home was conducted. Programming area provided ample supply toys, equipment, games and art supplies. When the inspector arrived, children were completing an octopus paint project. Observation of handwashing, diapering and feeding was made. A total of 4 children enrolled currently, all children's records were reviewed. All staff (2) and 1 household member file review was made. Emergency plan reviewed annually and evacuation drills are current. No medications on site for children at this time. Positive interaction was observed between the children and all staff. A nice transition from free play to handwashing to lunch was observed. This inspection began at 10am and ended at 12pm. Thank you for your cooperation today.
